i think thenub is right that second screen appears after you get the c_gear after you complete the quest after beting the 1st gym

Edit: I will also confirm that the other screen posted is asking if you would like to have the C-Gear on when you Continue.

WORKS GUYS just SAVE THE STATE is simple use the code RESET save from the game and SAVE THE STATE, you enter again and LOAD STATE it will be there excelent.
