I think the old save fix code is working with it aswell.

NOPE it says "save error" otherwise works fine

that ones make you go throught the blue screen but you wont be able to save with them

The patch seems to work from I'm seeing with desmune, so thanks for that! But it looks like I'm still waiting...

In the Jap version it never took this long.
Possible new AP perhaps?

Can a mod or OP clean up this thread? Some people have actual questions.
The (prolly 9 pages of) posts that are pointless are getting in the way of people that are actually trying to fix the issues...
TTDS: So far I haven't even got it to load. Retro mentioned something somewhere about it working for TTDS.
Even after adding in the Game ID's in the .dats I've yet to get it to work. Latest firmware, YSMenu, etc.
If Retro, or any of our main TTDS workers will let me know their success, or how they've got it to work, I'd appriciate it.
Could be the ROMs I got...
The White I ended up with (found)is IRAO 0F0875FE.
If anyone has a different GameID, that WORKS on TTDS, please PM it to me.

I'd like to report that although it seems to be working for AKAIO 1.8.5....it seems to be only for AK2i users.... I have an AK2, and it refuses to boot.

I got the game to boot under 1.8.1, but it crashes after the Professor scene.

The game refuses to boot whether its clean or patched, so I dont think it matters. Its likely a compatibility issue, so if someone has a workaround then I'm all ears!

AKAIO 1.8.5 with newest loaders. Patched rom and both AP enabled and disabled.

None of the games work. they both get stuck at the loading screen.

I have the same but it does work for me. Odd.

I have downloaded R4 Wood and the patch, this fixed my EXP problem but I still get random freezes. I suppose there is no way to counteract this? It seems to regularly freeze up around the point where you meet munna and musharna.

Do you have the first badge ? If I remember right, you need it if you want to encounter Audino.

Also, the patch is working on Sakura (latest firmware), but there is random freezes sometimes. And I don't know if saving resets the timer for the freezes, like in the J version.

better buy another card, the r4 family cards seem to be crappy and is the last one for working with new games

Do you have a DS or a DSi? If you have a DS get a R4 and make sure it's not a clone. If you have a DSi get a r4i gold.

I wanted a R4 because people told me: "ah N5 is a clone get the original R4" but I am not locked on R4.. I am looking for the best flash card to buy... I dont want to fall with this like when I bought the N5.

DSTWO is the best but it is really expensive and has many features that you will probably never use. I recommend an Acekard 2i.
