??? How the hell is Infernape Fire/Dragon its a monkey or ape watever u wanna call it it has no dragon characteristic or wings (not all dragon do I know that) but its a fighting type or just fire

That's because Serperior is serpentine, so it possesses some dragonic characteristics. It is a bit shaky regardless, but that's the main reason.

Infernape has nothing dragonic about him though, at all.
