Gaming PokeBank Release?

Flipnote 3D should be released in Summer 2013 and it got delayed cause Nintendo doesn't have enough server capacity. (One of the reasons why its delayed is that Swapnote naked pics thing but it was delayed for EU and USA cause they didn't have servers)
Pokemon Bank should be released December 2013 and it got delayed cause Nintendo doesn't have enough server capacity.

Well i think there's your answer.

I just started over tonight in HeartGold. I was wondering if all Gens will be transferable in PokeBank? Is there info on what all gens will work with it? Also, where is the GTS in HeartGold?

Only Gen V is compatible with PokeBank (or PokeTransporter), probably because they are DSi enhanced titles.
As for the GTS in HG/SS - I think it's in Goldenrod City.

I only have 1 Badge in X and chose fire type as Starter...

Even Pokemon with me as original trainer in previous games won't obey me if I transfer them to X/Y?
 
Nope. Different IDs mean different characters by your Pokemon's standards. They won't listen to you unless you have a badge that lets you.

In defence of Flipnote 3D, it was ultimately cancelled because of the Swapnote child predator ring.
Bastards ruined it for everybody.
But until the Pokémon Bank is given an official release date, I have no inclination to believe that it's even on its way. I can't trust Nintendo by their word anymore.
 
Someone on Facebook said that Pokemon X/Y Servers will be going down for Maintenance tomorrow. Could this be a sign of the actual release?

Flipnote was canceled because of the child paedophilia. Proof of this is that it also got disabled in Japan. Good job nintendo (and its online was even meant to be paid for... they couldn't afford moderators?)
