iirc, ntr doesn't block you. it's the plugin that made for only offline use. (nanquitas made an unlocked version gen6 plugin before)

If you have the edited main.io file that allows online with codes active, you can put it into your plugins source and re-build it so that the cheat.plg will be able to go online.

ntr runs on extra ram available on n3ds... o3ds does not have this

ntr requires a certain part of memory. Sun/Moon boot into high mem mode deleting ntr from memory.
