Please help with launching fusee

I followed the guide on switch hacks guide and have done it twice now. I have hekate 6.2.2 and atmosphere 3.6.0 on my sd card for the switch. I have an unpatched switch and followed the guide for the emmuMMC. I can boot into hekate and when I go to launch and click atmosphere FSS0 emmuMMC the screen goes black. What might I be able to try to fix this?

1.7.1 for Atmosphere, my bad. I got it figured out! I injected the payload .bin for fusee when it got to that black screen, I assume it was going back into RCM. Now it works fine! I'm trying to figure out why I cant launch games. It says the the software is not currently on the console. I've put my Nintendo folder in the emmuMMC Raw folder and that didnt work. I then tried putting it in the root directory but that also doesnt work for me. I booted into stock and tried redownloading the software but when I boot into atmophere again, the game says the same thing. I'll try checking the forum but I'm at a loss again for now
