please help, with ds rom

maybe this is not the section, but i need answer with ds rom. ive to download ds rom justice league. but when i play, the A and Y button not function. that button is for powers and attack, so its most use button. so i try to download it from 3 different site, and the result is same. but his problem is only for this game, not for the others. this is a rom problem, or emulators?
