Gaming Please Help, Pokemon Save Corrupted

I turn on my 3DS loaded up Omega Ruby and got this message "The Saved game data is corrupted."
Its a physical copy of the game never ran any hacks or save edits on it all my event Pokemon is on this cartridge is there a way to fix the save file

Can you use homebrew? If you can, back up your save using jk save manager. You can open it in a hex editor to see if it's scrambled or not. And I can check it in my own omega ruby cart.

    I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
