I picked up my switch after not touching it for a few days and the screen was black and it wont turn on.
I tried to charge on the dock
I tried just the official charge cable
I tried an unofficial charge cable
and all I ever get is a blank screen
I held the power button down and still nothing
No battery icon nothing

Please Help

I had selected uninstall auto rcm last time I used it but it might not have worked
If you had AutoRCM installed and your Switch died and/or was left in RCM, then your Switch's battery is probably dead, and charging it normally might not work since it'll want to boot into RCM instead of Horizon. If this is the case, you should attempt to plug it into a computer and boot into Hekate.

is the dock plugged in? i know I have heard that auto rcm can fuck the battery if it dies but then I heard that is mostly not true. my switch died while it was in auto rcm twice and charging it for a few hours worked just fine

Ok so I got it back on by plugging it into my PC via a micro USB cable and my sx pro dongle then tried tetra and got error while injecting payload rc=_8 then it allowed me to boot using dongle and no cable.
First time it died right after then I repeated these steps and plugged it in right away it says my battery is full but just incase it's wrong I will play a bit then try a reboot

If AutoRCM was the culprit, you might have a battery desync issue going on as well. You might want to fix that using Hekate.

Ok so Here is the Long story
My daughter updated my Switch by accident the other day to 6.2 so I downgraded to 6.0 so I could still play XCI's using SX OS. Then after a few days (about 3) this all happened now I reupdated and everything works fine now.
