Misc Playstation vita black screen

Hello, my vita wont turn on and has a black screen 30 seconds power button didnt help, removing battery cable inside vita for 4 hours didnt help, R plus power button didnt help, L plus power button didnt help, power button+PS+SELECT+START+L didnt help i have no clue what to do if somebody knows any other method to fix black screen please share it.

This migth sound stupid, but are you sure it is charging correctly? One of my USB cabels was broken once and I had the same problem. Ofcourse there was no ligth in the PS botton also

It is since it turns on without charger

I also tried battery drain, but it didnt help. I also found that there is a small piece of right button board chopped off. Could this be the reason?
