Gaming Playstation network questions

I have two questions.

1) I have an Asia PS3. I also have a US PSN account. If for example I buy a US prepaid PSN card, can I use it? If anyone is interested to know: I want the Scott Pilgrim game

Yes it will work as long as the Ps3 games are American aswell dlc will load fine psn games will load fine on a American account too.
