Hacking Playing imported games after October 23 update?

I have the dreaded October 23 update.

I am able to use the homebrew channel, latest Wiigator backup launcher, cios v7, and the latest wad installer.

I downgraded my system menu to 3.2U

I even ran Waninkoko's IOS downgrader 1.0 and that completed successfully.

Unfortunately, I am unable to play games from another region on the backup launcher. (for example, playing a PAL game on my NTSC-U system. I was able to do this before my Wii got updated.)

Is there a way that I can play imported games after the October 23 update?

Problem solved.

Seems it was a problem with the game I was using.

I've gotten other region locked games working.
