XCoreC, let's go: Homebrew Launcher don't launch games. It's just the "entrance door" for a lot of other things, like downgrading your system and installing Custom Firmware that allow you to play pirate games and etc.
BUT since you got a 3DS on 11.2, you don't have choice: you have to hardmod. Hardmod is a proccess that you have to open your 3DS and mess with your motherboard, tech stuff. There is a lot of Hardmodders that do this job and charge some money back. You have to find someone in your region. With a hardmoded system you can downgrad and install CFW.
