Yes its possible to get up to 60 fps but dont expect it only one game has achieved that

The creator is set the video to private. If you still want to play PS1 games on your old 3ds, just download the .3dsx version and open it through HBLauncher. Don't forget to turn off the audio and set the button (some games need extra button / R2-L2). For the ROMs, just compress your games to .chd or pbp.

That's normal on old 3ds sadly, you can buy PSP if want to play ps1 natively..

It's run great with no sound, and you need to configure R2&L2 buttons. IIRC i used directional button to do it.

On my end I can’t get it to be faster than 18fps.. I dunno if that’s normal. Can you tell me what settings you used? I set my RetroArch up by using the PCSX ReArmed CIA, but I don’t know if I was supposed to do that. Additionally, the .3dsx version of RetroArch didnt boot.
