ROM Hack PKHeX: Hidden ability mismatch for static encounter

So I've given my Venusaur Hidden Ability Fire and wanting him to know Hidden Power, but whenever I check to see his legality it just says "hidden ability mismatch for static encounter". Anyway to fix and get by this? Thanks.
In the Met Tab it says:
Origin Game: X
Met Location: Lumiose City
Ball: Poke Ball
Met Level: 10

What that message means is,
Since you're using the Venusaur received as Bulbasaur from Sycamore,
what you're doing is wrong, as those Pokemon cannot have their hidden ability.

Make it a hatched Pokemon, it should work.
