Let's say that you have dementia a Nintendo Switch.

Let's say you have money and want to legitimately buy an old game that was able in 3DS/WiiU eShop.

But the eShop service is dead and the game you want is not available in the Switch.

You resort to piracy to get the game you want in your Switch because there's no other way to legitimately get it.

Is it piracy? Or not because you're getting a game that doesn't exist in the original service in the firat place, therefore not stealing?
