Hacking Pinball Arcade giving error 124-0222 System update required

Dug up the WiiU, played some mario kart 8 online, Installed pinball arcade & dlc and when trying to play a table i get error 124-0222 a system update is required before online services can be used.
My Wii is on 99.99.99E since around 2018.
Any ideas, not much coming up when i search the error code

There's no reason not to patch to 5.5.5. Just reinstall CBHC (protip, find and start DONT TOUCH ME) if you need to.
