Hacking Picross save problem!

Evening gentlemen.

I've been playing Picross DS lately, but recently when I boot it up off my R4, it loads and acts as if it was my first time playing.. It doesn't ask to create a save file, but just loads the game.

I looked in my card and the save file is still there. Is there any chance of getting my save back? Any way to edit the save file?

Or will I be doomed to a world of re-playing Picross puzzles?

Never mind... I broke my card, without backing up my saves. Now they're all gone! Yay!

Sorry to hear that. If there's any consolation, it did not create a save file since a save file already exist.
I actually do not let R4 create a savefile. I just load a clean 512KB save file whenever I add a new game.
Possibly was just used to doing that for the Supercard Slot 2...
