Can someone tell me how do I set up backgrounds (not game icons) for games in Webman folder?
I'm trying to figure it out 2nd day already, nobody on PS Hacking discord could provide any answer, and I didn't find an answer on google.

https://github.com/aldostools/webMAN-MOD/wiki/Game-Paths-&-Covers

Alternative file names for icons and background

/dev_hdd0/PS2ISO/<filename>.PNG <= Used as ICON0.PNG when the game is mounted
/dev_hdd0/PS2ISO/<filename>.PIC0.PNG <= optional
/dev_hdd0/PS2ISO/<filename>.PIC1.PNG <= optional
/dev_hdd0/PS2ISO/<filename>.PIC2.PNG <= optional

How they are recognized? If by filename, then how? By GameID (i.e "SLUS12345.png")?
Both methods are supported.

If the TITLE ID is included in the file name of the ISO, the cover is searched in the same folder or in the centralized repositories. If the TITLE ID is not found, the cover is searched in the same path of the ISO as file name + .JPG or PNG (.iso extension is optional)

I don't believe I understand it correctly.
I'll just say what I did and someone please correct me:

I have <Grand Theft Auto Vice City.iso> in /PS2ISO folder.
Added <Grand Theft Auto Vice City.png> in the same folder, as the game icon and it works properly.
Tried adding <Grand Theft Auto Vice City.PIC1.PNG> in the same folder, and it does not work. The background does not appear.
Tried making a subfolder so now it's /PS2ISO/Grand Theft Auto Vice City, and copied all game related files there. No effect.
Dropping a file simply named <PIC1.PNG> does not work either.

What should I do at this point?

Try PIC0.PNG
