whenever i open a picture it keeps changing by itself very fast and I don't know how to fix this pls help I'm on windows 10 its also not letting me zoom in because it's moving by itself

Do you have a controller plugged in? Any Xinput controller can control certain UI items in Windows 10, if you have a controller plugged in and it's laying on the buttons or something pushing the analog stick that would change the photos.
