I signed, but I'm not to optimistic. If it's released, I highly doubt it will be because of an online petition. At the very least, I'm sure we'll get a fan translation soon enough.

The game isn't even out in japan yet, so whatever it comes or not has not been decided.

Of course, it's a Wii exclusive permanently because the development team worked closely with nintendo. If the dev team worked closely with Nintendo, Nintendo will probably work on the localisation too.

I'll sign. Why not? People think petitions don't matter but companies do at least pay attention to this stuff.

Name one time a company decided to do something on an online petition alone. Not to sound mean, but most companies probably wouldn't give a rats ass if you wanted this game to be released world wide, let alone a thousand of you. But... there is strength in numbers, so...

Am I really gonna have to be the first to say that petitions, especially online ones, don't matter?
Actually, here in British Columbia, we had a province-wide petition that managed to succeed in collecting a certain amount of votes in all ridings, and we could be overthrowing the Harmonized Sales Tax instated last summer in a referendum. Though the petition was not online.

And more on topic, how about we wait for the game to come out before we decide whether or not it's any good/worth getting an overseas release?

But your country says Taiwan...

Does not compute.
And we're talking about Nintendo here. Has any petition commissioned to them ever worked before?

More a matter of displaying cultural heritage in regards to Taiwan.

And no, I don't think petitions have ever succeeded against Nintendo.
