Pes 2018, which setting is the best FXAA vs TAA?

I play on my msi ge73vr RF raider laptop, so wanted to know the difference if any.

the TTA blurs everything and I find it really ugly, but it's up to you to test.
if you have fps loss that bothers you you can simply disable anti-aliasing, but with your specs it should be fine
