If I had to make a kind of decent guess, it's probably fuse mismatching. I have OFW 15.0.1 and and have my EmuMMC at 14.1.2 and haven't had any issues yet though. It also might be an issue with booting OFW from hekate itself instead of just rebooting the switch.

most likely only effects the people who worry too much about blowing fuses. it still works perfectly fine for me but I don't give a shit about the fuses
