as you see pcsx2 now has a 64bit version so can anyone port it to Nintendo Switch?

I think it's too focused on x86 processors to be easy to port iirc.
Purei emu is developed with multiple platforms in mind and eventhough it currently has numerous problems, its new direction like emulating the BIOS will make it the superior choice if it progresses further.
Hopefully it will scale better than PCSX2 as well, it's hillariously bad at higher resolutions even with top of the line hardware.
It already has an android build target so it should be much easier to go from there.

Making 32-bit app was never an issue.
Issue is that it relies too heavily on x86. That's why Play! exists which targets cross-platform.
