PCSX 2 Capcom vs. SNK 2 off-centered

This is the only game I have this issue. Tried changing every setting I could think of including widescreen, resolution, different video plugins and nothing will fix it. It starts further to the right than it should and it cuts off on the very right.

Never had that issue. But maybe linked to the BIOS you use. Try the one matching your game region?
