pawn shop question

I'm lookin to make some quick cash and I have a couple things lying around that I don't/never use. One being a 1tb external hdd.
how much do you think a pawn shop would give for one?

from my understanding in the pawn shop world ( from my teenage yrs ) is they give you a 3rd of whats its worth so they get their greedy profit.......

There are plenty of alternatives to pawn shops for selling things. The amount of profit they get is exactly what people are willing to give them.
