Is it possible? What do I need? I am trying to patch some basic pallette hacks to a rom because they dont work otherwise with GPSP. Does anyone know how I can do this?

Okay I just downloaded it. It's a little confusing even after reading the readmes and FAQs. All I want to do is patch megaman zero 4 with a few official gameshark codes and one color palette code that changes zeros colors. Can anyone help me with that?

EDIT
I just attempted putting the code in a text file, the patching that to the file, and when I tried to run it, it made 2 popping sounds then just stayed on a white screen.

It treats both GS and CB codes as the same.

EDIT:
This is just not working for me. If anyone knows any way of patching codes or making IPS patches, could they do it for me? I could send the codes I want, I just really want to patch this game!

Here are the cheats I want patched. They are for the game Mega Man Zero 4.

EDIT:

I just successfully patched a different game. I have noticed however that when I try to patch MMZ4, I get a message in the box at the bottom that says the file is over 16MB, does that mean anything?
