Hello guys my friend picked up a Nintendo 3DS version 9.2 Parental control is on and he does not know the password , is there any way to recover ?

the problem is that this program only accepts up to 8 digits and codes now are 10 digits , I tried to use that more did not work

had the same problem call nintendo and tell them you bought it at a 2nd hand store and it has the parental code on and you dont know the password and they will give you a master code

my friend has the same problem but he cant call Nintendo because it requires a .10 cent transaction from a credit card but he dosent have one
