Parental Controls app corrupted

Hi,

so a have this JPN softmodded console and I've corrupted my Parental Controls app.
I need it working because i have locked online games and now i want to play online
but i cant turn on this app.
I have the pin so its no problem.
I have a copy o japan storage_mlc and i did replace the files but it doesent help

I think that i must download official app and install it but
I cant do this by the japnese nintendo shop because i dont know japanes

I have donloaded this app by NUSSpli but i cant install it because nusspli i saying i must have sigpatch,
but maybe it doesent install apps only games like WUP Installer GX2?

Maybe there is some other way?
Basicili i dont need this app but i need to unlock online gaming.

Hi,

Just want to say that SystemConfigTool helped me to reinstall Parental Control app and its working.
BTW I didnt have to fix this app because SCT is able to change parental control by itself.

You can see your email password and pin if you lost IT.
