I'm thirteen and made a new account, (sub account) when I tried to go on the internet on COD MW (not 2) it said that my account can't go on the internet because of parental control settings
I turned parental control off and it still happened.

Any ideas of how to get my account on the internet?

    Isn't COD MW rated 16+/15/M/MA15+?

I don't own a ps3 but I'd assume that you would have restrictions (regardless of parental settings) on games rated for people above the age of that stated in your account. So if you put your actual age of 13 for your account that may be what's causing your problems. If you created an account stating that you were 16+ I doubt you'd still be having problems.

If it already is 16+ then I don't know what's causing your problems.

    (That's his point.)
