Hacking Parameter Fail! on Media

I got my G6 Lite a year ago, and everything works perfectly : ]
But today, when I went to Media on my DS, it displays "Parameter Fail!".

I searched for solutions,
And I found this.
But I'm a noob at this and I don't know where to get the MPutility, I don't want to mess up the cart even more x_x;
And I don't really want to lose my pokemon data : [

So is there any other solutions?
If not,
how do I get the MPutility?
