jayparadox likes being in the center of things. At least you can provide your tools and a video or something showing how the banner thing works.

I'm assuming you're taking emulators that already exist and making them channels? Any hope for Gameboy (Advance, Color, GB) emulation channel?
There is an advance emu out there but it requires the sdgecko right now so it wouldn't make a very good channel though rin for gb/gbc would be good.

Hey man, how's things?

thanks for all your hard work PaRaDoX!!!
but i've a probleme
when you had release the first version of SNES9X with Banner (release with sound), i had exchange the 2.2 by 2.3 with wadtool 0.1b
then install succesfully with wad installer
but with the second release, when i want to do the exchange, i use exactly the same way as for the first one,
but obtain an error (don't remember the error number) when i try to install content #0 on my wii
perhaps have u an idea about what i do wrong
thx

I'll try to anwer them all.

HJBSCX: No problem, it's not the first time someone confuses me with them

Dakota76: If you want that channel with banner, I'll add it to the list too.

wichoxp: Once I get all these banners made and out of my way, I'm going to enter a deep investigation on all the banners variables, so I can get one that is 100% mine. That way, I'll get sound working too. It is eliminated from the actual channels for 2 reasons: time to get the sound quality excellent & a little bug that I'll explain later.

bennydigital: Yeah, playing with banners is VERY risky and can very easily end in a semibrick or fullbrick, depending on where the error is. I personally use a special DVD I've built to test banners on the Disk Channel. If it is a bad banner(equal to brick on real channel) I just remove the DVD and reboot the Wii. I've provoked over 150 errors playing with banners, which would have been very nasty

MetalReaper: Just got home. Going to get something to eat and start working on it.

Thanks to ALL of you for your interest in these channels. This is what keeps me working on them

PAL60 version is for PAL users that use that TV mode. If you haven't had any problems with channels before, just download the normal one

dj_skual: Try using a different WAD packer. I don't remember which one I use, because they are all mixed up, but just try it with different ones.

PD: Hombrew Channel and RIN(GBC) Channel left to make, and I'll disappear for a while.

Excellent, I await GBC! Thanks for doing this, even tho I said stuff about you hogging the info on how to do this, I really do appreciate it. You've done great work, and a lot of people are happier because of it. I was having a horrible day today man, and coming home, JUST as I got on GBAtemp, and finding this genesis channel made my whole day not even matter, because I'm going to sit and play Moonwalker on this. Thanks again dude.

No problem, I like to help.

About the info, a few people have been asking things to me by MP, and I've answered everything the best I can to them. So, if anyone wants me to help in anything, just send a MP

Cool, I will. On a side note, to everyone who doesn't know, place a folder "gensplus" on the root of the sd card with a "roms" folder inside of it.

X:\gensplus\roms\ at the highest level

I love the work with the channel but that version of the emulator has always given me problems after a while of playing it freezes and code shows up on the screen but good work!
