Homebrew Palib.info down?

I haven't posted in a long time haven't i?
Yeah i'm active now, but anyway i have a question.
Tonight i went to this palib page:http://kukulcan.palib.info/ But it appears to be down.
Do you guys have this to, or is the site offline?

The site has been offline for a long time now - PALib was no longer maintained or revised due to becoming obsolete compared to other libraries around. It became too much of a bloated monster to keep up with libnds updates and was eventually dropped. It's not the recommended library for beginners anymore - I sincerely recommend using NFLib instead.

I do have the latest revision of PALib though, alongside the last version of libnds and DevkitARM it was compatible with and its documentation if you are interested, but do yourself a favour and switch libraries.

It's just the tutorial and some parts are missing (because they doesn't exist) or are in english.
