Hacking PAL TO NTSC?

I've got STARFALL installed and the Twilight hack and everything working fine. I'm coming across a lot of PAL iso's.
Will they work if I have STARFALL installed or do I need to look for region-free iso's? (coz i can't find them)

What I'm asking is, is there a way to convert PAL iso's to NTSC before burning or would that screw up the game?

That doesn't have PAL to NTSC though.

It's got NTSC (JAPAN) to NTSC (US) and vice versa and its got NTSC to PAL. I need PAL to NTSC. :S
