I'm a little confused by the people saying they'll pass it on once they've installed it, how do you plan on using the hbmenu once you've not got the game any more?

You can't "Spread the Exploit" this way.
You need Cubic Ninja every time you run the exploit.

If you give your copy of Cubic Ninja away, you can't run homebrew anymore.
