Problem is, recent changes prevents new users from PMming people and posting on profiles?
The latter I'm unsure tho.

Unless it's a very small button, I see no way to post on his profile. :C

You can deff post on his profile anytime no matter how new or not you are to the site on here: https://gbatemp.net/members/vb_encryption_vb.375790/. But you cannot PM unless I think it's 10 or more posts or repleys you've made.

It seems its hit and miss, some can post on my profile, some can't. It does appear anyone can comment on a random message already on my wall, anyhow, ill send a message and figure out some alternative method of contact.
