Homebrew Oups my HS app is broken

I don't know why, but I've injected Woodddumper 3DS on my hs.app (with FBI integred) and now, when I launch HS app, the error messgae of bottom-screen appear.

Can I recover the application ?

Yes just re-inject your original app back. You should have a backup if you followed a guide.

Maybe use 3DNUS to get a stock version of it and extract the CIA using PackHack2.3?

Not sure if it would work but it could.

If updating on 11.0.0-33 doesn't work, downgrade to 9.2 (Assuming you have A9LH or some sort of Emunand) then update back to 11.0.0-33. It should install everything after that as H&S is a system file and thus the update will overwrite the broken one with a good one. I could be wrong but it's worth a shot.

Also I think the reason the .app broke your H&S is that wooddumper 3DS is supposed to be ran in TWL_FIRM, but since H&S tells it to run the .app as a 3DS game it breaks. That's just my explination.
