Did it on my Old3DS too. In comparison to the New3DS, O3DS is a walk in the park (I only had to check that EmuNAND FIRM0-FIRM1 were correct). Back to 9.2 on that too. Now I'm satisfied.

Correct. On N3DS using EmuNAND is mandatory, on O3DS it's safer.

Hmmm. Im kinda having a brain tumor lol

1. Boot your 3DS into emuNAND using the CFW of your choice.
2. Using the entrypoint of your choice, get into the Homebrew Launcher in emuNAND.
3. Open TinyFormat.
4. Press (Y) to format emuNAND.
5. Reboot into emuNAND and complete initial setup without linking NNID.
6. Using the entrypoint of your choice, get into the Homebrew Launcher in emuNAND.
7. Open sysUpdater.
8. Press (Y) to downgrade emuNAND to v2.1.
9. Reboot into sysNAND (emuNAND will be bricked by the downgrade) and get into the Homebrew Launcher through the entrypoint of your choice

So just downgrade emunand to 2.1 like it says here and i can still get the OTP?

Keep reading. That's just part 1. You'll be injecting it to sysnand once you fix the encryption and swap the header out...

I don't know if tinyformat works from HBL, sysupdater definitely doesn't. You need to install it in .cia. I did it using Brickway, I suppose you could do it with FBI (as the emunand will have 9.0, so I think FBI should work on it). So, using the entrypoint of your choice, get into HBL, open FBI, install tinyformat .cia, use it to format, configure emuNAND, get into HBL again on emuNAND, open FBI, install sysupdater, downgrade to 2.1 (check that there were no errors), if you wish make safety checks, dump emuNAND, create xorpads, decrypt/re-encrypt ctrnand with the xorpads, paste header, flash on sysnand and pray.
