Anyone have Action Replay codes for Ouenda? sometimes i just want to listen to the songs without playing the game =[

I think you'd be better off finding the soundtrack. The audio will be better and won't have all the extra sound effects.

Try ripping them yourself:

Wikipedia has a list of artists as well, most are well known J-pop so they should not be that hard to come by:
