Original XBOX Problem Optical DVD Drive and uninstall softmod

Hello guys.
They gave me a xbox and it has installed chip mod and it has installed softmod (look the picture).

First of all, my optical dvd drive doesn't open. I put eject button and it doesn't work. But if if I remove the cover from above (look the picture) it opens. Also, I noticed that, below the mechanism in the component that has and is white does not continue to go left. That is, it hangs somewhere (look the video https://we.tl/t-BnQrDIAaZx).

Second, I will remove chip mod and I want to uninstall softmod so that I install other new version. How can I uninstall old version?

You want to install Rocky5's softmod? In any case, you shouldn't uninstall the softmod just update over it, MrMario2011 has a detailed video about how to do it, if that's the case.

For the DVD Drive:
Unfortunately this is the most worst Modell....and more worst,you do not can buy a Samsung or Philips Replacement Drive.
The only (cheap) Way is an used XBox,maybe dead,to get an DVD Drive.
Repairing your Thompson is......well,honestly I have no Idea how...
You can complete disassemble it,change the Drivebelt,adjust the Front(Cover),clean/adjust the Lense/Laser and hope....

For your Modchip:
Honestly,no Idea which Chip it is,it looks like an LPC/LPC2 Chip Mod.
One Wire to the Mainboard and the 8 Pin LPC Connection.
Removing is not really a good Idea,because you do not know if it is REALLY a Softmod too.
If you remove the Chip,the worst Case -> nothing will go,
your XBox will not boot up/will show an Error Screen.

I found the problem. It's the belt and I replacemented a new.
