ROM Hack OP Unlimited World Red save editor and unplayable characters

Hi, I've two questions:
1) Do you have a save editor for One Piece Unlimited World Red?
2) I'd like to have the possibility of using unplayable characters. I saw that there are hacks on ps3 that allow it. What about 3ds? Nothing?

If you want a save editor, just google. If you can't find one there probably isn't one.
Same goes for your 2nd question. A NTR plugin might be able to do this.

Mate, the ups are necessary to give visibility to the topic, otherwise it will end up forgotten. About the rest: Do you think that I haven't alredy looked? I even looked for some codes for ntr, I hoped someone could help me here.
