ROM Hack Online with homebrew

I tried downloading a few homebrew tools on the R4DS, those are Beup Live (the msn messenger version for DS), wifichat en dissonance (a sort of wifi radio for DS). Beup is working on my DS lite, but wifichat and dissonance won't get any further then the connecting to wifi/accespoint screen. Now comes the weird part, I also tried them on the normal DS and they just connect to my my router.

Does anybody know any solution for this problem?

Try turning off DHCP and assigning your DS a static IP using your router's CP. wifilib has/used to have problems with DHCP in certain cases.

Don't think that's a problem because the DHCP always uses the same IP on my DS. (The lease time is set to forever)

Nope it still doesn't work, it would be weired if it'd worked because I used the same settings on my DS (normal) en it worked over there.

When my router doesn't broadcast ssid, only real games work. When it broadcast ssid then homewbrews work fine.

Jep I noticed that, that's why I turned SSID broadcast on, when I turned it un BBUP (the DS msn messenger) started working but the other two still didn't work

Strange. I had pretty much the same problem and this worked for me.

my beup doesnt work anymore? i was using the .30 final but i upgraded to like the .30E and now it keeps retrying to sign in :s
