as all wee know to hack vwii on wii u we have to have one of this game

• LEGO Batman
• Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World
• LEGO Indiana Jones
• LEGO Star Wars
• Super Smash Bros. Brawl
• Yu-Gi-Oh 5D's Wheelie Breakers

but my question is.,. this games should be physical or I can download this games from eshop to hack my vwii ?
