GBAtemp has an entire section dedicated to the scene releases of Wii and DS games. That's just as much related to piracy as someone asking how to dump a game. Granted, people shouldn't be asking for roms, but I'm sure a mod will take care of that.

unpack j rom

go to movies folder

opening movie

copy

unpack E rom

place file in same location

repack E rom and DONE

copy the Passwords
data from J to E and the J passwords will unlock the E costumes

Another question, should I hex edit (AP patch) before or after? And dsbuff should be used right?
