Hi guys,

Would anyone have the values for the following SMDs, just above the Realtek Audio chip. 1 bigger one and 1 smaller one

They should match the values of the caps left of it that are the same size if you can probe them

Larger one should be 10uf according to datasheet, smaller one is 0.1uf and it's still there.

Maybe you are talking about the smaller one on top, it's a filtering cap on 3.3V line, should be around 1uf or something.

Also, look at the rust on heatpipe, it seems there has been some water damage, Also why those caps are missing in the first place?

that looks like more than rust
almost looks like something blasted through the heatpipe

Thanks guys, it's a water damage donor board.

It was crashing with error code "Audio output not found" and sound wasn't working. After cleaning with 99% IPA it started to work fine but randomly crashes between 5 - 15 minutes.

Hopefully soldering those two SMDs will help
