Hi guys my sd card got corrupted to the point that Windows cannot even format it, I sent it back and was confirmed it was corrpted. I had backed up my emunand 9.2 (entire sd card contents) to my hdd, I tried copying the contents to the new sd card but I am unable to auto boot to rxtools/menuhax as I was previously. Do I need to start from scratch and rebuild the emunand?

When you copy/paste your files, you don't actually transfer over your emuNAND. You very likely lost the emuNAND. Rebuild it and start over, unless you had a backup.
