Yoo ive lost my SD Card. Bought a new one. I followed this:

Step 1 - Recover Boot Capability
  1. Download the latest version of Luma3DS.
  2. Extract the "3ds" folder and "arm9loaderhax.bin" to the root of your SD card.
  3. Boot your 3DS, which will boot into Luma settings automatically. Configure Luma, then press Start to save and boot into the Home Menu.

But It doesnt start. The blue light goes on but after a few milliseconds it goes off again the light. The display doesnt even work.

Okay so ive tried a 32GB card instead of the 64gb card. The 64 gb card doesnt work the 32 gb does. Whats wrong?

Then google search for a program that allows you to farmat your sd card into fat32.

Windows won't let you do that.
