Hacking OFW has Sysnand games on it

I wanted to play my physical version of splatoon 3 online. I thought that all I have to do is to boot into Stock OFW since my sysnand is filled with games. As I booted it up all the games from sysnand are on OFW as well which kinda suprises me bc they shouldnt be there (as explained in this YT vid ). Is my OFW corrupted now can I regardless of the games on my OFW play online without getting banned. Whats the solution to get the games out of OFW

sysNAND = OFW+Atmosphère, which means you installed all those games directly to NAND. If you don't want to get banned, restore a previous backup that doesn't have pirated games on your NAND, and start using emuMMC for all your shady activities.

thx notsu but unfortunetely I dont have any clue how to go further on. I have a backup and I think I never updated with eshop so my fuses count should be the same. Can I just transfer my Sysnand at the moment (everytghing Themes, games, savefiles) on the emmuMMC and afterwards restore the Stock/Sysnand. If yes how can I do that do you know a discord server or smth that can help me out on that seems slightly complicated and I dont wanna fck up my running system just to play splatoon 3 online...

Title doesn't make much sense, you mixed OFW/CFW and sysnand/emunand

I don't have any discord server to guide you through that stuff and I don't really want to do live assistance, but what I would have done is if your emunand isn't useful, I'd ditch it and make a new one based on the sysnand you have at the moment (using this guide if you need : https://switch.hacks.guide/user_guide/all/partitioning_sd.html)
Then you could restore your sysnand backup and hopefully avoid getting banned
