Hacking Official Wii Game Channels

is there a published list of games that include their own channels, ie, mario kart and wii fit.

if not is there an easy way for me to rip the wad from the iso with wii scrubber, i think, to install the channel without doing the update from the disc.

I have a wiikey2ed d2e with starfall on 3.2u +tona shop, patched 51, cashman's mii channel, ios38 and 53 or 55 (i forgot which one was required for undercover)

and is there any danger in installing these channels?

I actually did that with the Mario Kart channel, except that I used trucha signer (but it's the same) and yes of course it is safe, unless the game is out of region for your Wii and you don't have the Starfall patch for that..!!
