i use r4cce but it doesnt update my cheats at all, I know for SURE im editing the cheats for the game correctly and everything.
But when i download others usrcheat.dat it works prefectly.

there's something called saving
go to File>Save

if
unoffical = 7.25mb
official = 7.26mb
thus official = better (more cheats)
